Anneal Community Guidelines

Effective: June 20, 2026. Last updated: July 25, 2026.

Anneal's social features help you train more consistently with a small circle of people who can see that you showed up. These guidelines apply to your profile, anything you publish, and how you treat other people on Anneal.

Be real

Use a username, display name, bio, and avatar that represent you. Do not impersonate another person, company, or entity, and do not imply an endorsement or relationship that does not exist.

Be decent

No harassment, threats, bullying, or intimidation. No content that promotes violence or hatred against people based on who they are.

Keep it clean

No sexually explicit content, and nothing that sexualizes a minor. Anneal is for people 13 and older.

Keep it honest

No spam, scams, phishing, or attempts to deceive other users. Do not post content you do not have the rights to, and do not share private information about other people.

Keep it legal and safe

Nothing illegal, and nothing that promotes illegal activity. Do not advertise, sell, or solicit sources for anabolic steroids, SARMs, or any other illegal or controlled performance-enhancing drug. Do not promote, glorify, or encourage self-harm, suicide, or an eating disorder. If you see any of this, report it from inside the app.

Reporting and blocking

If someone is breaking these guidelines, block them and report the profile or the content from inside the app. Reports go to a moderation queue and are reviewed. Content that breaks these guidelines can be removed, profiles can be hidden, and accounts can be suspended.
